New design is our passion and we cherish being able to invigorate old buildings that may have become tired and no longer cherished by their owners or the community they were intended to serve. We want our designs to surpass our clients’ expectations and with good materials and confident design style we add more back than can ever said to be taken away.

Depending on the character of the building we may choose to work with matching materials and proportions but would always make our addition clearly distinct, forward-looking and contemporary. An assessment of a structure’s significance, options for reversibility and sustainability is always central to the process.
